Notability discussion

A March 2011 tag suggests that the organization may not meet WP:ORG for notability. I verified the article statement that President Bush spoke at the 2006 convention. I know this isn't secondary published coverage, but an organization must have some notability if a sitting president would choose to speak at their event. I looked for some secondary coverage of this, but I could only find the primary source (his speech as published by the White House. - ¢Spender1983 (talk) 21:13, 21 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
