Exploration vs Exploitation

[edit]

Links to Exploration and Exploitation are not appropriate to the article's context. The former links to a page on explorers, while the latter to the exploitation of labor, neither of which pertain how an 'ambidextrous' organization seeks to optimize its behavior/capabilities. As terms of art, exploitation refers to a greedy optimization strategy, while exploration detects diminishing returns from exploitation and at some point applies a heuristic to jump to a different and hopefully more productive portion of some solution space.
