Thanks Dominic. The article looks good but we do hope that @amberhikes or one of her followers donates a picture. Equity and Inclusion is damaged by copyright which prevents us from sharing her pic with 1bn readers. They will need to "upload file" at "wikimedia commons" - ALTHOUGH the best solution is to use creative commons licencing on sites that aim to be equitable and inclusive.
