[edit]What with her name where does the eichelberger come from I thought that was her maiden name? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 86.129.55.142 (talk) 08:12, August 22, 2007 (UTC)
Too much info
[edit]The article should contain about what level of pshychoterapist she have reached (so far), how the marriage to John Cleese went (avoiding rumors and such), and whether she have made any significant contributions to research. Full CV is not desirable, better a link to her CV page (if notable). Said: Rursus ☻ 15:07, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- Nope, she is also somewhat involved with media, celebrities, own charity campaigns and such, so she has many more sides that might actually be interesting for the general public. I couldn't find any net CV. The list of any accomplishments should be summarized so that the general picture becomes clearer. Said: Rursus ☻ 15:36, 20 July 2008 (UTC)
- The bio is WAY too long, appears to be just copied off of her own website and more or less completely in list-form. Should be removed or shortened down heavily.--afromme (talk) 15:09, 3 August 2008 (UTC)
- The absurd list of achievements makes the article look like a second rate CV. Would be nice if someone who cares could clean it up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.187.233.172 (talk) 14:22, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- You're right, 8 months early. Her contribution to anything: zero (exept for her own bankaccount). John Cleese: "I got off lightly. Think what I’d have had to pay Alyce if she had contributed anything to the relationship". Maybe anAfD for not-noticable person? -DePiep (talk) 00:03, 21 August 2009 (UTC)

Notable?
[edit]She only seems notable for having divorced John Cleese. There are many people who have jobs and went to college... Jmcnamera (talk) 02:10, 12 October 2009 (UTC)
- She's only notable for having divorced Cleese and taken him for $21 million, which isn't even mentioned in the article. -- 98.108.206.178 (talk) 18:31, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
Bloody gold-digger, should have got her wacked, would have cost him zillions less. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 27.33.150.85 (talk) 04:01, 14 July 2011 (UTC)

Name
[edit]The article uses a few different surnames based on Alyce's marital status at various points. The article title uses "Cleese", but the body of the article uses "Eichelberger" in the first line and most of the prose (and "Faye" later on). I have chosen "Eichelberger" for the article assessment listing. However, I think that a discussion of surname use would be helpful. Does anyone know if the subject now uses a specific surname?
