June 3, 2005 opinion
[edit]Does anyone know for a fact that Hellerstein wrote the opinion described in the article on June 3, 2005? A PACER search for all SDNY opinions released that day brought up nothing by Hellerstein at all. And the slip opinion he wrote for today's similar case does not appear to mention such an opinion either. --zenohockey 21:46, 29 September 2005 (UTC)
