Neutrality

[edit]

This article has serious neutrality issues. It uses the term "terrorist" in Wikipedia's voice on several occasions, violating WP:TERRORIST. The lead's second sentence is tangential to the content, it is merely there for POV purposes. The Daily News and its sister the Sunday Observer are owned by the Government of Sri Lanka and are known to be rabidly anti-LTTE. Lankaweb is run by a group of Sinhala-Buddhist psychopaths - not surprisingly WP:SLR has classified it as an unreliable source. vgweb.org is run by Victor Gunasekara, President Mahanuwara Senior Citizens Movement (another bunch of Sinhala-Buddhist psychopaths), with links to Lankaweb.--obi2canibetalk contr 14:38, 15 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You may not like these sources personally, but it is not a problem to use them in this page, and other Sri Lanka related pages, since they are not blacklisted in Wikipedia to use. WikiProject Sri Lanka Reconciliation has not classified these sources as non-reliable sources. By the way I have seen that you have used so many questionable sources to cite your propaganda work in Wikipedia. What is the reason for your double standards ??? --LahiruG talk 06:17, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You clearly didn't read my comment. WP:SLR has classified Lankaweb unreliable source. Daily News needs the attribution "state owned" if you are going to use it as a source. And what about WP:TERRORIST?--obi2canibetalk contr 13:42, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I see you have replaced the Lankaweb and Victor Gunasekara sources with one from Shenali Waduge. She too is a Sinhala-Buddhist psychopath, with links to Lankaweb and the neo-fascist Sinhalanet.net.--obi2canibetalk contr 13:55, 16 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Then, according to you all the writers who exposes the heinous crimes committed by LTTE against the Sinhalese, Tamil and Muslim people in Sri Lanka are psychopaths and non reliable? But, Pro LTTE web sites such as Tamil Net are neutral reliable sources, is that what you are trying to tell here? --LahiruG talk 06:14, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No, only those who use the crimes of the LTTE to justify murdering, raping and torturing tens of thousands of Tamils are psychopaths. Lankaweb, Sinhalanet.net, SATP, SPUR, Victor Gunasekara, Shenali Waduge and LahiruG fall into this category. RS who have exposed LTTE atrocities include Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch and UTHR.--obi2canibetalk contr 11:04, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
