Why the merge

Frankly this article consisted almost entirely of plot. This has been condensed in merging over to List of minor DC Comics characters.

The IOM points that are actual appearances, not mentions in dialogue or assumptions about non-speaking characters, have also been moved.

Umerge.

I unmerged the info and kind of reverted the reviewers revert of umwrging because List of minor DC Comics characters doesn’t have the info for the character anymore and I still feel she don’t belong there. If merged she would belong here. Mainly why my revert. I don’t have a problem if there is a consensus to merge the character if notability is an issue. Personally she has a sources on her. But these sources aren’t helping with the "real world"aspect too. Even though she seems to not fail general notability. I could tag @Nightscream: and maybe he can help.
