merge possibilities
[edit]I think this is rescuable, or at least mergable into a combination article for their loudspeakers. The firm has an article, but they had many other product lines; nonetheless , the article is there, and it's an immediately available merge target. These products were very extensively reviewed in RSs. It would probably be possible to justify by the GNG an article on each individual model, but for the purposes of an encyclopedia I think we need not go that specific. I'm accepting and marking as merge, to preserve the information DGG ( talk ) 01:09, 27 May 2013 (UTC)
- This should be its own topic. The product line is so notable that it was inducted into the TECnology Hall of Fame in 2006. "1944 Altec Lansing 604 Duplex Speaker", Mix magazine. Just about every major recording studio in the US had a pair, or more. Binksternet (talk) 04:12, 27 June 2013 (UTC)
