Funeral cults?
[edit]I cannot find any sources for this that don't seem to be copying from this article. Perhaps they are in another language..? I don't know anything about this, it's early in the morning and I'm just linksurfing... But it's interesting if true. Tabbycatlove (talk) 12:46, 26 April 2020 (UTC)
Merger proposal
[edit]Hefekranz covers the same ground as this article. I propose to merge Hefekranz here, as the article is fuller and has references (unlike Hefekranz), leaving a redirect. There are already a number of synonyms, and this will bring another one (or two). Chiswick Chap (talk) 19:46, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
- Actually, no. Hefezopf or -kranz is the generic term, Allerheiligenstrietzel is a particular regional (Austria, Bavaria) and seasonal (All Saint's Day) variant of it. If there was any merger, this article should be merged into Hefekranz. -- megA (talk) 22:08, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply, and for reminding me this proposal was still open. Since there has been no enthusiasm for a merger (in either direction), I shall close the proposed merger now. Chiswick Chap (talk) 06:15, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
