Israel Katz's citation misattribution

The pronoun "They" in the citation: "Indeed, Madam Congresswoman. We have to draw a line... They will not receive a drop of water or a single battery until they leave the world."[309] , refers to Hamas, not to the Gaza population. And please add to the text: On 26 and 27 January 2025, unarmed civilians returning to their homes in eastern border villages were met with bullets, with the IDF killing 26, including 4 children, and wounding more than 151 people. The massacre was observed by heavily armed UN Peacekeepers.
