Hi Artwanker! Thanks for your diligence in making sure this article meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. I would agree that Baltran's own books (The Fairy That Sneezed, etc) would not in themselves make her notable as an author or artist. However, her Weld Angel protest has received a considerable amount of critical attention from scholars analyzing it as performance art.
