This article, a glorified stub not even really a low start-class, has been rated a C-class apparently by a bot. It was checked for B-class failing in only one area. I downgraded to not having a rating as a start rating automatically produced "C-class". This is the very first article I have run across since 2008 that appears as if it is being force-fed a higher rating so I have to assume there is either a mistake or a bot gone mad. The WPMILHIST rating placed this article in the wrong category. Otr500 (talk) 04:33, 6 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
