Structural Edits
[edit]Hey guys,
I made a couple edits to the article. I mainly just moved some things around so that the topics would fall more in line with the section headings.
- Moved “Alistair has received positive reception, mainly for his sarcastic remarks and romance. However, some writers have compared him to previous BioWare companions, such as Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic's Carth Onasi.”” to the “Reception” category.
- Moved “Alistair was mainly written by David Gaider…” from “Concept and Characteristics” to the starting paragraph of the article.
- Moved “If the player chooses…Alistair can be romanced” to the Appearances section, because I felt it was superfluous to the topic of his characterization and made more sense there.
- Moved “In an interview with GameZone…Gaider said that he wouldn't want to have another Alistair-like romance in the interest of originality.” to the bottom of the paragraph.
- Changed “opposition of using” to “opposition to using”. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Exhausted Lemon (talk • contribs) 05:40, 20 March 2022 (UTC)
Substantial Edits
[edit]Hey guys,
I made a couple edits to the article.
- Rewrote the lead paragraph, in the interest of providing a better and more cohesive introduction to the character and article.
- Added subheadings to the “appearances” section in the interest of clarity.
- Added image of Alistair in DAI.
- Condensed all of Alec Meer’s opinions in the “reception” section into one paragraph, rather than keeping them spread out across multiple. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Exhausted Lemon (talk • contribs) 23:53, 20 April 2022 (UTC)
- Thank you for your contributions! Haleth (talk) 01:58, 25 April 2022 (UTC)
