This page was created and reviewed on the 2nd August, 2018. The review was carried out by User:Boleyn, who in a single second (05:53), managed to review two different articles and decide that they both needed tags and in the same second was able to add a comment to the user page of the creator of one of the articles which said "I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. This has been tagged for one issue" - but the actual issue remained unexplained or undefined, leaving a most unsatisfactory review for the poor hapless page creator who would have no idea about the apparent problem.
A cursory glance through this reviewer's contributions (https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Special:Contributions/Boleyn) soon reveals that the reviewer is regularly reviewing and tagging 2-3 articles for every second that he/she is active. OK, so some of the articles are little more than stubs, but others are much longer pieces that we would normally expect to take several minutes to read and digest before any decision could be made about what sort of tags, if any, need to be added. Not even speed readers can get through this much material in a single second. Another glance at the reviewer's talk page (User talk:Boleyn) shows that he/ she was awarded the New Page Reviewer's Osmium Star for having carried out more than 15,000 reviews in a single year. That is more than 40 reviews every day, without any days off! Seriously? Is it too much to expect new page reviewers to take the time required to carry out a genuine and considered review and to post helpful and constructive comments?
