Algimantas I am Clemens Pavilonis (Pavilon) from Chicago area in the US. I am 68 years , same as your age . My grandfather was Clemens Pavilonis as my dad . My grandfather migrated to America when he was 16Years old from Lithuania . He met up with his brother and settled in Chicago, Illinois USA . His parents sent their three sons to Americas , the youngest brother got on the wrong boat and it went to South America. The sent their sons to Americas in fear of the ongoing wars They left his parents and 3 sisters in Lithuania who I'm told lived around Kaunas. Post WW2 when Lithuania was under the U.S.S.R. he lost contact with his parents. My father, grew to 6'8", played at DePaul University and also played in the NBA for 3 years in the 1950s. I played basketball as well. Question: is it possible we are related? my email is cjpcei@gmail.com ... hope you receive this.. My dad gave me a picture of I think is my grandfather's mother for any verification I always wanted to research my grandfathers past.... and still celebrate Kucios every Christmas C.J Pavilon 2601:248:4780:1920:D53C:70F5:85F2:9EC9 (talk) 17:56, 3 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
