Notability and new references
[edit]I have been keeping an eye on the article and looking for new references. I think he is a relevant person and deserves to be on Wikipedia.
He is an economist with an independent vision, university professor and creator of an important foundation in the development of Argentine youth.
As an economist he defends dollarization.
He is interviewed in the most important Argentinean newspaper La Nación.
I do not believe that they interview just any person in this newspaper, and even less in economic aspects as important as the dollar exchange rate issue.
In the digital economic magazine "Ambito" he is one of the currency experts.

The El Potrero Foundation is important in the recovery of young people from disadvantaged areas, here is a news item about the agreements signed with the government.
