Uh, it skips from his first year in the RSL to 2006... No mention of being drafted or anything.

Traded!

[edit]

To NJ Devils for 4th round draft pick in 2012 and defenseman Joe Sova. Sources: https://twitter.com/#!/ice_chip/status/160557281551978496, https://twitter.com/#!/ice_chip/status/160557517917794304 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.83.137.209 (talk) 03:08, 21 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Off the ice

[edit]

Off the ice -section claims he lives in Miami. That might be hard in this season since he plays in Russia. Or are you saying he travels to Miami after every game? I seriously doubt it. 85.217.15.230 (talk) 01:40, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

And the Miami home does not make sense. His closest team was Carolina Hurricanes, some 800 miles from Miami. Not too much home time until summers. 85.217.15.230 (talk) 01:45, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

so if he gets traded to carolina he has to uproot his entire family to be there for his home games? his living arrangements are his own affairs.--Львівське (говорити) 02:08, 30 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
So does he still live Miami while playing in Russia? The other source is from 2010 and the other has Fedotenko say that Ponikarovsky is in Russia and his family in Miami (if the translator is right, I can't read ukrainian or russian). 85.217.15.230 (talk) 12:58, 1 February 2014 (UTC) Interview is from June 2013, Interviewer: "Where do you live now? Ponikarovsky - lives with his family in Miami" - Fedotenko: "Of course it is better to sit on the beach in Florida than in cold Toronto, where he has a house (laughs). I'm in Philadelphia - we took an apartment to rent for a year. We have several homes in different places, but nowhere to live permanently." --Львівське (говорити) 16:16, 1 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I got it like this: Here Ponikarovsky - with his family in Miami. So I figured Ponikarovsky is "here", i.e. Russia. 85.217.15.230 (talk) 17:11, 2 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
oh, so was it "Ponikarovsky is here (in the KHL) - his family is in Miami"? --Львівське (говорити) 19:22, 2 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Google translator gave it just the way I wrote it above (bolded text). 85.217.15.230 (talk) 22:55, 3 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
