House of Lords

[edit]

I changed " and sits in the House of Lords as a crossbencher" to "and will sit in the House of Lords as a crossbencher". I wanted it to be in future tense because present tense felt inappropriate - her peerage was created after parliament dissolved so she can't have actually taken her seat in the Lords yet. Robin S. @Robin S. Taylor: That sounds reasonable, thanks. Although I don't quite agree that Freeman's Lords membership should be removed from the infobox: she became a member upon ennoblement and issuance of her writ of summons, despite not having been introduced yet. — RAVENPVFF · talk · 18:37, 24 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
