What is the difference in the accessibility relation of both logics?

[edit]

The article state that epistemic an alethic modalities are indistinguishable, a concise way to sustain this argument is to compare the properties of the accessibility relation. Properties like, reflexivity, transitivity and symmetry.

Another difference, if I got it, is that alethic true is independent of an agent, while the epistemic true depends on what an agent can know, i.e. the agent learn while he is moving through different states.

My suggestion is to write more on the above questions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 201.124.186.122 (talk) 11:06, 15 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

To avoid confusion the title of this article should be "Alethic modality (linguistics)". There are separate concepts of alethic modality in other disciplines.
