I am pretty sure that he competeed in this one too (50 free)- the only difference was that he didn't reach the semifinals. Please verify.

Okay, I'll call you crazy. What on earth is the NPOV tag needed for? Okay, it's probably written by a fan, but if we're going to put NPOV tags for that, we're going to spend all of our time talking and no time working. I'm going to remove the tag, if there are words or lines that bother you please just rephrase or remove. Btw, there is also a tag { {inappropriate tone} } which might be more appropriate here. the wrong Popov's photo attached. he is a Radio Popov, while the topic is about the Swimmer Popov!
