Controversy

I have removed the controversy surrounding his transfer to OFK Beograd. This was removed from the article back in May, because of WP:BLP concerns. See Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons/Noticeboard/Archive65#Aleksandar Kolarov. None of the issues and concerns have been addressed. Toni Tomas (talk · contribs) removed the {{BLP sources}} template and 65.95.238.5 (talk · contribs) put the disputed content back in. We are accusing the Serbian Football Association and people within the association of conspiracies and possibly criminal activities with very, very little sourcing. 94.212.31.237 (talk) 11:32, 14 August 2009 (UTC)

PLEASE REMOVE the section that he is of Bulgarian descent ,because his mother name is Ceca ( Svjetlana ) and his father name is Zivko . Eventhough that we can assume that from his last name Kolarov can be of Russian or Bulgarian origin , there is not enough proof too claim it , secondly his mother is of Serb descent so it would be right to write born to a Russian or Bulgarian father and Serb mother ... eventhough there is not enough proof of his father and mother origin .

The reason why am I writing this is because there is a lot of inconsistency in biographies , like for instance in Bojan Krkic"s Bio it is written that he was born to Serb father and Spanish mother , it is not written that he is of Serbian descent.

The story about his bulgarian descent is nonsense. Some Serbs from Vojvodina have the ending -ov. It dates from the K.u.K monarchy.--2003:6F:8C0C:C278:30DC:C907:B890:48B (talk) 08:05, 19 June 2018 (UTC)

Then someone needs to change it, thank you.

The pronunciation

@Mr KEBAB: Is it [aleksǎːndar kolǎroʋ]? LoveVanPersie (talk) 14:16, 27 December 2017 (UTC)

@LoveVanPersie: Yes, per Help:IPA/Serbo-Croatian. You can fix it yourself next time. Mr KEBAB (talk) 16:09, 27 December 2017 (UTC)
