Hello, I am planning on reviewing this article for GA Status, over the next couple of days. Thank you for nominating the article for GA status. I hope I will learn some new information, and that my feedback is helpful.
If nominators or editors could refrain from updating the particular section that I am updating until it is complete, I would appreciate it to remove a edit conflict. Please address concerns in the section that has been completed above (If I've raised concerns up to references, feel free to comment on things like the lede.)
I generally provide an overview of things I read through the article on a first glance. Then do a thorough sweep of the article after the feedback is addressed. After this, I will present the pass/failure. I may use strikethrough tags when concerns are met. Even if something is obvious why my concern is met, please leave a message as courtesy.
Best of luck! you can also use the {{done}} tag to state when something is addressed. Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs)
Please let me know after the review is done, if you were happy with the review! Obviously this is regarding the article's quality, however, I want to be happy and civil to all, so let me know if I have done a good job, regardless of the article's outcome.

[edit]- putting up abatting - typo? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:30, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- In addition to putting up abatting average above .300 in three years with Wichita State, Bohm played collegiate summer baseball in both the Coastal Plain League and the Cape Cod Baseball League. - these are two different things. One is saying the stats of Wichita, and the next is about other places they played. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:30, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Fixed Separated into two sentences. — GhostRiver 21:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Infobox suggests he's played for the Phillies in 2020, but in the lede doesn't say this. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:30, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
General
[edit]- two-time - I really don't like this embellishment. Just say "for both seasons" Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Triple-A Home Run Derby - might need to link some of this. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Is Perfect Game a magazine? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Added A scouting service — GhostRiver 21:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- No. 1 - number one. Happens a couple times. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- "in that awkward stage" - who said this quote? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- The career sections could be subsections of a "career" section. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Not done As going to college for a few years becomes more popular, it makes sense to have a separate "College career" section (see Aaron Nola), and those who play for Olympic qualifiers usually have a separate International career section (see Brandon Dickson) — GhostRiver 21:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Pretty sure it's "at bat" and not "at-bat". Happens a couple times.

- Fixed I have seen both used interchangeably, including in the references to this article, but the WP article uses a space rather than a hyphen. — GhostRiver 21:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- "Bash Brothers 2.0" - by whom? And what does this mean? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Fixed Added a reference that says it's the team that gave them that nickname. — GhostRiver 21:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- He and the rest of the team took fourth place in the tournament, falling to Mexico in extra innings of the bronze medal match - probably also worth mentioning who they lost to in the semi-finals. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:40, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
- Not done The tournament does not operate in a traditional semi-final manner. Instead, the top six teams qualify for a five-game Super Round, at the end of which, the top two teams play for gold, middle two play for bronze, and the bottom two are eliminated. — GhostRiver 21:12, 3 September 2021 (UTC)

[edit]- I'll begin the review as soon as I can! If you fancy returning the favour, I have a list of nominations for review at WP:GAN and WP:FAC, respectively. I'd be very grateful if you were to complete one of these if you get time. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 16:26, 3 September 2021 (UTC)
