split this article?
[edit]I propose that this article be split in two, moving all parts from 1846-1974 to a new page Albert (1846-1974 provincial electoral district). The plurality-at-large riding before 1974 is significantly different than the first-past-the-post riding from 1974 onward, as a significant portion was split off into Riverview.
