This page is an adaptation from its French counterpart, giving the history of a forward-thinking chef who founded a growing brand, Le Pain Quotidien.
There is barely an assertion of notability in this article, but I have declined the CSD because there do appear to be sources: [1], [2], [3], [4], and more. Please use these sources (and whatever others you can find) to expand the article.
