Dayr Hafir-Al-Bab
[edit]Is the Dayr Hafir District nonexistent? The 2004 census stats list Dayr Hafir as part of al-Bab District: Dayr Hafir, Rasm Harmal al-Imam, etc. If this is the case, then should we go ahead and merge these two pages? --Al Ameer son (talk) 17:56, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- The district was established in 2008 (after the census) as per the source in the article (along with Atarib District), that's why there's an inconsistency. This one is not problematic though, because the Nahiyahs were kept the same, just moved to form a new district. In Ataribs case the Atarib Nahiyah was made an independent district, and it was split into 3 different Nahiyahs. We will need updated information if we are to know which locality is in which nahiyah. But that's for later, I guess. Yazan (talk) 18:02, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- Ahh, ok thanks for the clarification, I didn't pay attention to that. --Al Ameer son (talk) 19:49, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
