A fact from Air Centrafrique appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 4 November 2013 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
|
End of operations
[edit]I recognize that the article is new, but when did the airline cease operating? The lead refers to it in the past tense, so it must have ended sometime. Chris857 (talk) 00:20, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
- You're right, and actually a user added a date for the end of operations. Unfortunately, no sources were provided for their changes, so I've reverted their edits. The last year the airline was included in the World airline directory published by Flight International was 1978. Maybe a mention to that fact can clarify your issue.--Jetstreamer Talk 02:01, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
- I've added the information in the last sentence of the ″History″ section..--Jetstreamer Talk 11:45, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
