Translation

I planned to translate this article into Dutch and then post it on the nl.wikipedia site. It occurs to me that may not be necessary, given Google Translate could do that for anyone in the Netherlands who does not speak English.

As well, is there a wikipedia policy on having two articles the same but in different languages?
