Date of birth

Good point. Thanks for noticing.

encyclopedia.com, the source used for the lede, has 1868-06-02 for the date of birth (1865 seems to have been a typo, which I’ve taken the liberty to correct), while LoC and bnf have 1868-06-27. The latter two might actually have copied Wikipedia themselves, however, just like Wikidata did, which we’re now using to source the date in the infobox.
