Too technical is one thing, but just plain wrong is not an improvement.
[edit]This article as of this moment is a travesty, an abomination, a disservice to the wikipedia-reading community. This sorry situation seems to have come about because at one point the article was tagged as "technical". Substituting nonsense was not a productive change.
