Polling

I removed unsourced polling from this article. If it is to be added back in, it should both be properly cited and should include information about partisan management and funding of the polling firm, We Ask America, from local news reports and/or the Swing State Project. Thanks! Arbor832466 (talk) 18:58, 23 August 2010 (UTC)

Army Reserve

Kinzinger started his military career in the U.S. Army Reserve but left promptly after enlistment, I don't think he completed basic training. I doubt there is any available information on this but if someone knows of some, this should be added. I only know this because I was in a unit with him. Campaign event photograph

Kinzinger's name is misspelled in two places under this photograph (him in front of a U.S. flag). I'm unable to correct this and I don't know why. Can someone provide the fix? Thanks. Rontrigger (talk) 08:54, 30 July 2011 (UTC)

I saw the same thing. I fixed the caption but the image Image:Adam Kinzginer at event.jpg needs to be renamed. 75.59.229.4 (talk) 19:55, 27 September 2011 (UTC)

Relevance of Conservative Review grade

Is this particularly relevant? I don't think so. Conservative Review is one of many interest groups on both the left and right that issue scores to members of Congress. I don't think it is routine to include such scores unless they are included in secondary sources, so as to establish their particular notability/relevancy. The only source here is a primary one. Kinzinger worked as an aide to https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Paul_Ryan

Apart from the awful formatting, the source does not support this claim. But I am now at 3RR.Slatersteven (talk) 14:59, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

Nor do any of the new ones, they make it clear the aid and Kinzinger are not the same people, this needs removing.Slatersteven (talk) 15:11, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

Also how can something that occurred after he must have assumed office (as the Steel dossier was not even complied until 4 YEARS After he took office).Slatersteven (talk) 15:50, 8 November 2021 (UTC)

Correction needed to gun info

The sentence “He also told his office staff not to come to work that day and also took his .38 caliber Ruger LCP to the Capital” should read “.380 caliber” rather than “.38 caliber”. The Ruger LCP is a semi-auto in .380 ACP, also called 380 Auto, whereas .38 Special is a revolver cartridge.

Twitter post

Kinzinger's recent Twitter post in which he threatened the cartoon cat Catturd for laughing at a meme should be included in the article. Jeanne Griffin (talk) 17:09, 23 November 2022 (UTC)

He is no longer a RC-26 pilot. The plane was retired from the USAF. He is quoted in the article. I don't do edits, but maybe someone can do it. 24.155.104.94 (talk) 13:11, 5 January 2023 (UTC)
