Not Check Kiting, but Bank Fraud

I read some of the sources. Resnick was convicted of conspiracy with two bank officials who gave him an open line of credit. This isn't check kiting. He apparently wrote bad checks to cover gambling losses that he had to cover with loans from shylocks and such when he was younger, but even that is not check kiting. Abusing an open line of credit (that likely involved kickbacks) is bank fraud.Shemp Howard, Jr. (talk) 02:07, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
