Fair use rationale for Image:Buffy-adam.jpg

[edit]

Image:Buffy-adam.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Just a note to say I'm going to be rewriting this article with full sources. You can find the process in my sandbox here. --Moni3 (talk) 22:16, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Questions from first copy-edit

[edit]

Creative and casting section:

  • What ideas does the source say science and magic narrative devices express in the series? The original sentence said they are used as narrative devices to express "different ideas." Not sure what that meant.
  • What does "code-named" mean? Does it mean that Adam is a code-name (as in the first man)? In Fighting the Forces, that point is made--is that what this is meant to say?
  • Isn't "luck and being in the right place at the right time" redundant?
  • Is Casting Director usually wikilinked?
  • Does Hertzberg say how he resolved the concern about facial expression nuances?

That's all I have the energy for tonight. I understand we won't be able to get to these issues till after the holiday. Just trying to get caught up a bit. See you later, Moni.--TEHodson 09:19, 24 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Issues:

  • Lede: Link fictional character
  • Footnotes: Change to References; on the citations, add Specific, then as Notes or References below it.

Great work. I only found two issues! On hold, though. TBrandley 03:21, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the review. I guess I can't take all the credit; this article had just been over-hauled. I just updated it, add a reception section, and made it pretty. Thanks again!--Gen. Quon (Talk) 04:22, 28 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
