Who has any knowledge about this? How weird there is no article yet?
[edit]I remember in 2005 in Holland there was quite some uproar when actio popularis was ended by new legislation. Xiutwel-0003 (talk) 18:49, 1 October 2010 (UTC)

[edit]In 1995 East Timor case the ICJ decided that the question of the ICJ's jurisdiction regarding a case and the character of the material brought before the court are separate things, even if the material involves jus cogens. (no actio popularis allowed). This article may be misleading. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.132.151.111 (talk) 08:08, 26 January 2016 (UTC)
