Why HCl
[edit]why we use hCl in acid hydrolysis?
HCl used in acid hydrolysis because it is strong acid and completely disassociate in their Constitute ions and in hydrolysis the breaking of bonds by nucleophilic substitution reaction is better leaving group and addition of water is takes place.
