Grading table

The grading table seems to not be universal across academic institutions. A GPA of 4.0 can be both an A or a S, where the latter is only given out to acknowledge that the student's performance goes beyond what be acknowledged through the grading rubric. So, an A grade would also go up to 100%, while the S-tier is given to 100% "and above".
