Explanation of primary topic
[edit]The explanation of the primary topic has recently been expanded, and it looks like it's getting out of hand. The relevant guideline is Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Disambiguation pages#Linking to a primary topic, which calls for a "brief explanatory sentence" regarding the primary topic. Surely the Midianites and Edomites don't need to be mentioned, nor do the Baha'i scriptures. I propose something like "Abraham is a patriarch described in the Book of Genesis and the Quran". - I have discussed this on David (disambiguation). The same argument applies so no need to rehash it here. Pass a Method talk 03:23, 10 February 2013 (UTC)
