Abraham, Martin & John
[edit]Bob Dylan first sang "Abraham, Martin & John" in concert on November 9, 1980 -- a full month before John Lennon was killed -- and did so at most of the shows over the next month, so its inclusion in the set list is unlikely to have been (initially) inspired by Lennon's murder.
