not underlinked, incomplete Suggestion

not humanly possible to wikilink this any more than it is unless more information is provided. A legislative history comes to mind as one possible area of expansion. Also whether abortion fscilities exist in countryside. Elinruby (talk) 19:34, 25 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
