BRD for removal of Fifty Fifty photo from History

[edit]

According to Xabierablume, quote "The group has distinct identity and branding separate from FIFTY FIFTY, and this distinction is an important aspect of their current representation" hence this image included in the "Legal disputes with Attrakt" section should be removed according to their quoted statement. IMO, removing the image is attempting to apply censorship in which Wikipedia is not censored and also introduces undue weight to the section. I don't find their explanation to be neutral point of view, in addition, their userpage with the content "stan ablume" was also created in the mist of the discussion at their talk page and also after their edit with the mentioned quoted statement. Hence I'm skeptical to assume good faith given that their neutrality is questionable considering their actions exhibited which also includes removing wikilink of Fifty Fifty as seen in this revision, suggesting they may have conflict of interests. Pinging the major editors of this article @Btspurplegalaxy and @Is it Juan? according to Xtools for your WP:3O and in addition to whether the image's caption for the infobox should be updated to reflect that the image was a cropped image of the trio during their times in Fifty Fifty considering that it's currently a mismatch with the year in the Years active? 🧧🍊 Paper9oll 🍊🧧 (🔔📝) 22:18, 3 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I believe the editor is not being neutral in this case. There doesn't seem to be a valid reason to remove the image from the history section, as rebranding and starting anew does not erase their past. Additionally, for the infobox, we currently don’t have any new photos of them. Until they debut, the existing image should remain. Btspurplegalaxy 💬 🖊️ 00:15, 4 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
