I reverted an edit I didn't understand. The edit summary was "general fixes". It seemed to consist of putting spaces surrounding the headings, and to change a ndash to an mdash. Geo Swan (talk) 22:37, 16 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Edit Fully Explained

I have edited this article to eliminate a section on "not reasonably available". This section relates a story about who the US would not produce Mr. Wardak for a tribunal at GTMO. This is a WP:COAT portion, irrelevant to the subject, and so I have edited the article to get rid of this portion as such.--Yachtsman1 (talk) 23:34, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
