Clean-up
[edit]I have started some clean-up on this article, though more is needed, especially in external links (for example, making the name of the link actually be a clickable link). Under what is now called "Further reading", the better thing to do is to use those books as sources for footnotes in the article (of which many, many, many will be needed)... Once used as a source, they can be removed from Further reading (this section should be a short list). Also, I made an extremely basic lead/introduction that should be expanded per WP:LEAD. I hope someone can jump in and finish it up! --Midnightdreary (talk) 12:13, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
