  • 1) Please indicate the basis for the statement that this entry reads like an advertisement. It simply quotes the Washington Post and Bon Appétit article and review, which are in the entry to describe the subject and to establish notability. The fact that the article and review are highly favorable doesn't make the entry advertising-like imho. If I'm wrong, please explain the basis for your position.
  • 2) The entry would also appear to me to clearly satisfy general notability. Silverman is the subject of a full-length profile in the Washington Post, which is independent and credible, as is Bon Appétit. Again, please explain how my understanding is in some way in error.
