@B3251: Per a recent rule change, QPQs must now be provided at the time of the nomination; a nomination without a QPQ provided is liable to be closed without warning. Article new and long enough as of the original nomination. No Earwig flags, and a quick glance at sources didn't throw up any issues. Content supported by reliable sources, including the hook fact. There was one sentence that was unreferenced, which I reworded a bit and added refs to. Hook is short and sweet, interesting and verified by the ref. QPQ satisfactory.
