A Nice Try Which Showcases Her Voice In Her 50s?
[edit]Loved her since I was 12. Her best Christmas Album was and remains, "Merry Christmas by The Supremes" which, in reality, is Diana Ross with The Andantes as background. Her voice is flexible, pure and beautiful. On her subsequent Christmas Albums, as a soloist, she is older, her voice is not as flexible and the arrangements do not offer her voice any support. She is trying to float above the light arrangements and her voice cannot do it well. The arrangers, at Motown, knew what to do and how to do it. Ross is not Motown and does not seem to understand her voice as it became? Spenser - The Unknown (talk) 21:46, 6 December 2023 (UTC)
