Assuming this is the same film, could the delay in its US release be associated with American Prohibition, which was in force at the time. Without their paeans to wine, the Edward Fitzgerald rubaiyat would be dull indeed. Doug butler (talk) 03:35, 23 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
