Regarding "cèpes à la bordelaise"

I take your point, Chiswick Chap, about Boletus edulis being called "cep or Penny Bun" in British English, so the Italian porcini isn't necessary in the parenthetical explanation "fried in olive oil with parsley and garlic". It seems to me, however, that because parentheses are being used, the phrase enclosed in parentheses –"fried in olive oil with parsley and garlic" – functions as a translation, and in that case it is missing a noun that denominates what is being so cooked. I suggest using "mushrooms" or else removing the parentheses. Given the fact that WP's own data shows that most people don't even click on the link, though, I suggest that it would be helpful to our lazy readers;-) to include the explanatory "mushrooms" for those who don't know French or British English.
