THis page was created at a January 2019 Wikipedia Edit-a-thon at Clemson University. The page was proposed for deletion on July 2, 2019. Since then the page saw several edits and improvements. This is an important page for the mathematical community, particularly because the community is still struggling to attract and retain women to the field. We removed the Proposed for Deletion tag on July 7, 2019 after these good faith improvements.
