Not very good?
[edit]This weapon was used during Operation Iraqi Freedom in an attempt to destroy Saddam Hussein's extensive yacht collection. I think this was supposed to prevent him from escaping, but perhaps it was really just to snub him; no matter. The point is that the missiles failed in various ways.
I'm not at all sure whether this is proof that this weapon was unreliable, but I suspect so. It doesn't seem to have been in operation for very long, and its production runs were shortened.
