Good question, Yoninah. I have been on the lookout but found little commentary on the insignia. This article has two photographs of the symbol on a monument associated the group but I didn't see discussion of the symbol in the text. There are also mentions of many green ABC flags flying in Havana but I haven't been able to find a picture. I'm still doing some reading in this general topic area so rest assured I will keep my eyes open. Of course feel free to dive in yourself, too.
On a more general note: the similar symbol appears on the flag of Colonial Nigeria, also for reasons still unknown to me. Possibly both are related to a mystical version of the symbol (see Seal of Solomon) more than a simple reference to Judaism; possibly the designers thought it looked cool. groupuscule (talk) 02:09, 29 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
