The following phrase is incorrect: "Apart from the A69 concurrency the road is entirely single carriageway apart from a short section before it crosses the A1(M) into Darlington"
There is a short stretch of dual carriageway at the junction of the A68 and the A696 (Near Otterburn). There are also several single lane dual carriageway sections around the busier junctions, and from memory the short stretch of High Street in Dalkeith which is part of the A68 may be dual carriageway also.
I tried in vain to find sourcing for this. Instead I found this, which shows the A1 as the route the E15 takes. Worrying if seemingly false information has been in this article for a long time. John (talk) 00:25, 1 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
